Controller
The controller of your personal data is Fundacja Rozwoju Przez Całe Życie CONTINUUM, ul. Nefrytowa 16 lok. 11, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland, KRS 0000858299. Contact: fundacja@frpcz.pl. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
What we process and why
- Messages (form or e-mail): name, e-mail address and message, to reply to you – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); kept until the matter is closed and then for 12 months.
- Spam protection: IP address and browser data – legitimate interest (site security); kept for the duration of the check, under Cloudflare’s rules.
- Server logs: IP address, time, page visited, browser type – legitimate interest (security and troubleshooting).
- YouTube videos: IP address and Google cookies – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), until you withdraw it.
- Cookie consent log: a random consent ID (also stored in the frpcz_consent_id cookie), date and time, your choice, the banner text version and page language – no IP address or browser data – to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn (Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR); kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Social media: your profile data and message – legitimate interest; for as long as the conversation lasts.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell data or use it for marketing. Data may be processed on our behalf by: JDM.pl Sp. z o.o. (hosting; servers in Hetzner’s data centre in Germany), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace e-mail), Cloudflare, Inc. (form spam protection) and Google (YouTube, only after consent). Cloudflare and Google may process data in the USA; both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to fundacja@frpcz.pl – we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Cookies
We use only cookies necessary for the site to work, including frpcz_consent and frpcz_consent_id, which remember your choice for 180 days. Until you consent, only a thumbnail served from our own server is shown in place of each YouTube video; the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com after you accept in the banner or click “Play video”, and Google may then set its own cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
