About

Our mission

We help non-governmental organisations and other partners turn reliable knowledge into methods, tools, skills and lasting capacity for action. We combine science communication and care for the quality of information with technology, media production, organisational development and the implementation of change.

What does this mean in practice?

• Reliable knowledge and information quality. We translate scientific knowledge into clear language. We teach people to recognise and counter disinformation. We are co-authors of the Code of Good Practice “Together against disinformation”.
• Technology. We develop digital skills, implement e-learning platforms and show how to use artificial intelligence wisely in education.
• Media production. We create podcasts and video content. We also teach others how to produce them on their own, so that organisations and the people they serve can speak up in their own voice.
• Organisational development and change. We train teams in management, communication and advocacy. We support organisations in overcoming crises and going through transformation.

We work in Poland and in international Erasmus+ partnerships. Through our cooperation with organisations, our work reaches educators, teachers, parents and seniors – the people for whom digital change can most easily close the door to full participation in social life.

Why we do it

We are educators, journalists, science communicators, trainers and facilitators. For years we have been explaining a complex world in plain language: on the radio, in podcasts, at workshops, lectures and coaching sessions. We know that knowledge alone is not enough. It also takes tools, skills and people ready to use them. We set up the foundation so that our experience reaches the places where it can do the most good: organisations that work for others every day.
