Fundacja Rozwoju Przez Całe Życie CONTINUUM is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Polish Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. This statement applies to frpcz.pl.
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with the Act due to the non-compliances listed below:
- educational graphics from the #NieKarmTrolla campaign (2022) contain text as images,
- recordings of the “Ogarnij cyfrowy świat” webinars (2023–2024) embedded from YouTube have no captions or transcripts,
- some PDF documents prepared by project partners may not be accessible.
Preparation of this statement
The statement was prepared on 19 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the Foundation. The website was published on 19 October 2026, and its last significant update took place on the same date.

Request and complaint procedure
We will fulfil a request without delay and no later than within 7 days. If this is not possible, we will inform you of the new deadline, which may not exceed 2 months from the date of the request. If ensuring accessibility is not possible, we will offer an alternative way of accessing the information. If we refuse, you may file a complaint, and after exhausting this procedure you may also apply to the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich).
