Krzysztof Manthey

President of the Board · Founder

Change expert, consultant, trainer and academic teacher. Sociologist, psychotraumatologist and crisis consultant.

More

For almost 30 years he has supported people and organisations through change and development, and in situations of overload and crisis. He works mainly in the business world – with organisations of different sizes, structures and cultures. He combines management experience with consulting, facilitation and education. He helps diagnose the sources of problems, develop leadership, build cooperation and create working conditions that support effectiveness without destructive overload.

He has worked with around 150 organisations, delivering more than 20,000 hours of training and consultations. He has supported teachers, local governments and civil society organisations. He is a certified trainer of the Leadership for the Good Local Governance programme, run in cooperation with the Council of Europe.

As a lecturer on MBA and Executive DBA programmes, he combines negotiation and management with mental health prevention and crisis work.

He is interested in how the way we organise work and social life affects people’s resources, mental health and sense of agency. Drawing on sociology, psychology, philosophy and management, he looks for solutions that allow people and organisations to grow without losing their autonomy.
